I wouldnt give it an F oh no, but nothing higher then a D. The acting wasn't great, the scenes didn't seem right together but the CGI was really impressive. I think the the directors threw it all together without thinking it through.

It had good effects and was a fairly good lead up to the first movie, as well as a good plot. Though its main flaw was its lack in an a true attachment to the first story. It had little to do with it at all in fact.
